How to request deletion

Submit the form on this page, or email us directly, to request deletion of your account or your personal data. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

Access and correction requests

You can also use this page to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.

What may be deleted

Deletion requests generally cover your account profile, saved preferences, and activity history associated with any client portal, app, or platform we operate on your behalf.

What may need to be retained

Some information may need to be retained for a period even after a deletion request, where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

How long requests take

We aim to process requests promptly. Processing times can vary depending on the nature of the request; we will keep you informed if we need more time or information.

Deleting from an app or platform we've built

If you are an end-user of an app or platform built or managed by Flipa Today for a client, an in-app deletion option may or may not be available depending on that product. Until then, this page and our support email are the primary way to submit a request.
